CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE

1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
1½ cups white chocolate chips
½ cup Sunset Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for sprinkling)

Instructions

Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. In a medium saucepan over low heat, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip & Dessert Mix and vanilla. Mix until fully combined. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading evenly. Sprinkle a few extra mini chips on top for a pretty finish. Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
